This led to the birth of Park Yoga Bournemouth – a nurturing space that offers free, invigorating yoga sessions in the great outdoors.

Park Yoga Bournemouth invites everyone to join, irrespective of age, ability, gender, or ethnicity. Its primary goal is to boost the well-being and overall health of the community. Since participants hail from across the UK, the impact of this initiative is not just local but nationwide.

Meet Zoe – Your Guiding Light on the Yoga Journey

Zoe, your yoga instructor at Park Yoga Bournemouth, has been an embodiment of this transformative journey. She began her yoga journey amidst the hustle and bustle of corporate life in London. A shift in perspective led her to leave her corporate career in 2017 and immerse herself in the natural beauty of Sri Lanka. There, she dove into surfing, nature, and, most importantly, yoga.

Ever-evolving and dedicated to authenticity, Zoe incorporates yoga, meditation, holistic therapies, and coaching into her teachings. She conducts workshops, bespoke 1-1 programs, and holistic retreats worldwide, carrying her mission of spreading holistic wellness wherever she goes.

Zoe’s passion lies in helping her students discover a holistic approach that aligns with their unique physical, mental, and emotional needs. Through her heartfelt teaching style, filled with laughter and motivation, she ensures a wholesome experience that empowers students to navigate life’s waves, both on and off the mat.

Your Sunday Morning Bliss 

Imagine greeting the day with yoga every Sunday from 9.30 am to 10.30 am, from the 7th of May until the 17th of September. Park Yoga Bournemouth is conveniently nestled in the heart of Bournemouth, in the Central Gardens. Easily accessible by bus, train, bike, and car, the venue also offers ample town centre parking, including pay and display parking on Bourne Avenue, just a short stroll from our Park Yoga sessions.

Amenities and More 

After your session, enjoy a relaxing break in the multitude of cafes within the town centre, or enjoy a picnic in the nearby areas. Please note, however, that there are no public toilets at the venue.

Whether new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, Park Yoga Bournemouth welcomes all skill levels. Our instructors are fully qualified and skilled at leading mixed-ability classes, offering an excellent opportunity for anyone to explore the world of yoga. 

Park Yoga is entirely free, but donations are warmly welcomed to ensure we can continue offering this oasis of well-being in the years to come. There’s no need to book – just arrive and join in. Children and families are welcome, although children should be under parental or guardian supervision at all times.

All you need for your session is a yoga mat, a towel or blanket, some water, and a zest for being part of something fantastic! Dress comfortably for movement and flexibility, be prepared for the weather, and check our Facebook page for weather-related cancellations before setting off.
